What should I do if I receive an authorisation push?

In case you receive a push notification for authorising an online payment with your virtual or debit cards issued by iCard or for confirming an operation from the online platform and it wasn’t initiated by you, please immediately reject the request from the app. Then call us at +44 20 3129 1213 or send us an e-mail to support@icard.com.
