You can change the mobile number and the e-mail you use to log into your iCard for Business account by sending us a request at support@icard.com from your registered e-mail. Keep in mind that you can only change your own login credentials.
Keep in mind that the company does not have a separate mobile number and an e-mail for official correspondence. We send all notifications related to changes to the Service Agreements, Tariff, and account status to the e-mail of the account owner.
