What is a budget payment?

This is a type of payment where the recipient is a budget organisation (according to the Public Finance Act) and it’s available only for Bulgaria. With iCard for Business, you can make payments to Bulgarian state institutions that are processed through the Electronic Budget Payment System (SEBRA).
