What can I provide as proof of the registered business address?

In some specific cases, when we are not able to approve the provided business address, you will be asked to provide additional documents to verify the registered address. 

We can accept any of the following:

• A rental agreement for the office at your registered address for a period of at least 6 months. The agreement should be valid on the day of registration;
• Extract from the national commercial register from the country where your business operates that shows your operating/trading address (issued in the last 3 months);
• Utility bill that contains your company’s address, e.g. water, electricity or landline phone bill (issued in the last 3 months);
• Bank statement in which your company’s address is visible (issued in the last 3 months);
• Government correspondence showing your registered address. 

Usually, we use the address stated in the national commercial register. However, if we need additional confirmation we will contact you via e-mail and ask you to upload one of the documents above.
