What account type should I open?

If you are registered as a business entity, freelancer or sole trader, you can open an iCard for Business account and choose the legal type of your business during the registration: 

• Private Limited Company
• Public Limited Company
• Limited Liability Partnership
• Limited Partnership
• Partnership
• Associations
• Freelancer or sole-trader

With your iCard for Business account, you will be able to send and receive payments to/from partners and customers and manage your daily business expenses. 

If you are an e-commerce business and you would like to accept card payments through your online store, you will need to open a merchant account with iCard Direct – read more here.
