Upcoming changes to Bitpanda’s Terms of Service

You can get acquainted with the upcoming changes to Bitpanda's Terms and Conditions. 

What’s changing? 

• Sections 1 and 4 have been updated to specify that these Terms and Conditions are provided solely by Bitpanda GmbH and clarified that you may access Bitpanda Services via iCard. This change is meant to clarify what services are provided by what entities to you.
• Section 8 has been updated to outline what transactional limits apply.
• Section 10.11 has been updated to outline the appropriate procedure for the execution of Client Offers in the event of unforeseeable technical disruptions.
• Section 16.3 has been amended to clarify the exception to the Consumer’s Right of Revocation in case of the purchase of E-Token.
• Section 20 has been updated to clarify and revise the limitations of liability.

You do not need to do anything about these changes. They will come into effect automatically on 20.05.2024. All other fees, limits, and terms of use for Bitpanda services remain unchanged.
