My card is blocked due to security reasons. What should I do?

Our automated security system might detect a transaction that could be fraudulent. If this happens, your card will be blocked automatically and you will get a notification to the mobile number linked to it. We may ask you for additional information about the payment you are trying to perform. Depending on the specific case and resolution, the card can be either deactivated or destroyed.
