How can I load money into my expense cards?
After you have activated your expense cards, you need to load money into each of them so that your employees can use them for payments.
To do this, follow these easy steps:
- Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
- Choose the 'Cards' menu from the main navigation.
- Click on the 'Expense cards' sub-menu and select the second tab 'Fund cards' in the navigation displayed on the upper right.
- On the next screen, choose the account which you will use for the card top-up. Enter the amount and choose the card you want to fund. You can also use the 'Select all' checkbox to load funds into all of your expense cards at once.
- Confirm the operation.
Keep in mind that the funds will be instantly loaded so that your employees can use them right away.
