What is the mobile number linked to the expense card and how can I change it?

When you order an expense card, the system will require you to enter two mobile numbers:

  • A mobile number for receiving 3D Secure confirmation codes (learn more about 3D Secure here)
  • A mobile number for receiving payment notifications

When the card is used for online payments, the confirmation codes will be sent to the mobile number entered during the order. The samе applies to the payment notifications in case they are enabled.  

Keep in mind that if you want to check your card’s PIN code, it will be sent via SMS to the mobile number used for receiving payment notifications. 

These mobile numbers may be yours or owned by the employees who will use the cards for daily payments. To change the linked numbers of any of your expense cards, please contact us at support@icard.com.
