In some cases when your outbound bank transfer is returned, the amount might be lower than what you originally sent. The amount that will be returned to your account is the amount that we will receive from the other bank.
This usually happens with international (SWIFT) transfers and may occur because some intermediary banks apply a handling fee for processing, even though your transfer was not received by the beneficiary.
Keep in mind that the sending fee for the bank transfer will not be reversed as we have already processed this transfer and the reason for returning is not in our control.
