How can I dispute a direct debit taken from my account?

In case the payee has initiated a SEPA Direct Debit payment, as a result of which your iCard for Business account has been debited, you have the right to request a refund of the debited amount from us without being required to provide any reasons or explanation to your request. Such a request must be made within the legal terms of the SEPA Direct Debit rules.

If there is an unauthorised payment initiated by a payee using the SEPA Direct Debit service and as a result of which your account has been debited, you can submit a dispute of the payment within a 7-day period from the day of the payment and request a refund for the unauthorised transaction. 

You shall bear all the losses relating to any unauthorised payment under SEPA Direct Debit if they are incurred as a result of a fraudulent act or any other circumstances that are not under iCard’s control.
