How to upload additional documents?

In case we have requested a document from you, you will receive detailed information via e-mail. You can upload them directly from the online platform by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
  2. You will see a list of all document types on the dashboard.
  3. Select the document we have requested from you by choosing the 'Select file' button and upload a file from your storage. You can upload multiple files at once.

If we do not receive the requested documents from you, we will not be able to continue with the review of your application and it will be declined.
