Why do I need to verify my identity?
As a licensed financial institution, we are obligated to follow a regulatory requirement commonly known as 'Know Your Customer’ (KYC). This means that we have to verify the identity of our customers and cannot provide them with any services before we verify their identity via a short video identification chat. Video identification is fast and easy, and you have the freedom to choose a time that is convenient for you!
