We would need the basic paperwork to verify your application. You will be asked to provide us with an identification document for each business owner, director, and controlling person, as well as proof of address if their billing address is not stated in the provided ID document. You may also need to provide us with proof of address for the registered company.
Keep in mind that we may ask for a certificate of incorporation if we cannot verify your company's legitimacy in the commercial register of the country where your business was registered.
If you are not a director or a beneficial owner of the business, we will need to confirm your right to set up and manage an account in the company’s name by providing us with a signed and stamped Power of Attorney. This document contains a statement where the owner/director grants the applicant consent to open, manage, and authorise other users to manage the iCard for Business account. We will provide you with a template for this document.
Keep in mind that we will ask you for the company’s website or social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Your company's website has to describe your business activity and the services/goods you provide.
