Do I need to have a Power of Attorney to submit a business application?

If you are not a director or beneficial owner of the company, we will need to confirm your right to set up and manage an account in the company’s name. This means that you will have to provide us with a Power of Attorney - a document that contains a statement where the owner/director grants the applicant consent to open, manage, and authorise other users to manage the iCard for Business account. 

It should include the name of the company and the signature of the director/beneficial owner or all parties authorised by the company’s by-laws to authorise representatives. The document should be issued within the past 3 months.

Please note that we will provide you with a template for this document via e-mail which you will need to fill in and upload directly from the online platform.
