Ivayla Santeva became part of the iCard team in 2014. She is a member of the Board of Directors since the beginning of 2022. Initially, her professional efforts in the company were focused on project management. From 2017 to 2018, Ivayla is the Head of the Business Analysis Department and from 2018 to 2019 – Head of Payments Processing Department. Since early 2019 Ivayla is Deputy CTO. Her work helped to provide flexible and modern technology solutions that contribute to the digital transformation of financial services and the improvement of our innovative fintech products. The implementation of all these projects delivers speed, convenience, and safety to our clients.

Yavor Petrov is the fourth person to serve as Chairman and Executive Officer of the company since it was founded in 2007. Yavor became a Member of the BoD in November 2015 and the Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. He began his career at iCard as a Program Analyst and over the next 11 years, he advanced through multiple positions of increasing responsibility in software development, technologies, and management. Under Yavor Petrov’s leadership, iCard AD continues advancing in technology, partnerships and integrations, market share, productivity and human resources. With a rich background in building real-time payment systems and elaborate financial platforms, Yavor drives the company forward with his vision for efficient solutions.

Deyan Dobrev is part of iCard management since 2008. Currently, he is a Board member. His career at iCard began as a procurator. From 2010 to 2018, he held the position of Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The scope of Deyan's expertise includes financial analysis and business development of the company. He has contributed to many iCard partnerships. Deyan played a crucial role in the successful implementation of numerous projects and in expanding the company's customer base.

Maya Dyakova started her career in iCard more than 10 years ago. In 2015, she joined the Board of Directors and was appointed Chief Risk & Compliance Officer in 2016. Maya earned her Masters degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna. Later she specializes in Banking and finance at the Institute of Financial Services – an official brand of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. Maya’s professional journey starts at Societe General Expressbank AD where she spent 9 years as Corporate client relations, Projects and organization, and Internal audit. As a head of Internal audit, she gained rich management experience. Maya joined iCard’s team in 2008 to manage Risk, Fraud prevention and Compliance, which only helped the company be successful all these years. Maya has a major decision-making role in building the corporate policy and risk management strategy.

Maria Valeva is one of the iCard leaders who have been with the company since its inception in 2007. Until July 2021, she was CFO and then became CEO of iCard. Maria holds a Master's degree in Finance (1993) and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA, 2005). She has extensive experience in the field of banking, management of financial and tech companies. She has participated in many successful projects of the majority owner of iCard until 2010 – Sistech Holding AD, the largest of which is the building and the subsequent sale of the Business Park Varna investment.

Svilen Videv became part of the iCard team in 2016. Initially, his professional efforts in the company were focused on software development management. From 2018 to 2021, Svilen is the Technology Director and a member of iCard’s Board of Directors. Svilen's work helped on providing flexible and modern technology solutions that contribute to the digital transformation of financial services and the improvement of our innovative products and services. The implementation of these projects improves the information environment in the company and provides speed, convenience, and safety for all users.
