How do I activate my card?
Once you receive your card, you’ll need to activate it first in order to pay with it. Just follow these easy steps to activate it:
- 1. Log into your iCard app.
- 2. Find your card in the ‘Cards’ section on the home screen.
- 3. Click on the 'Activate' button.
- 4. Enter the 16-digit number that’s written on your plastic card or scan it with your phone using the NFC reader (for Android devices only)
Once you activate it, you’ll receive your PIN via SMS. You can start using it right away for online and POS payments, as well as cash withdrawals. If you need your PIN code, you can check it in the app at any time. Keep in mind that you can’t change your PIN from the app.

I haven’t received my card. What should I do?
The delivery of your card depends on the method you’ve selected, as well as your location. If you haven’t received your card yet, first, check your recent notifications to see what was the exact date when your card was sent. Then, check the estimated timeframes and if more time has passed, get in touch with our Customer Support Team.
Courier delivery – it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive your order depending on your location. If you need, we can provide you with the tracking number for your order so that you can easily check its status. If more than the estimated time has passed, please get in touch with us so that we can make an additional check with the courier company.
Postal services – postal delivery can take around 20 business days. Keep in mind that we won’t be able to provide you with a tracking number. In case you haven’t received your card within this period, please try to check with your nearest postal office that corresponds to your delivery address.
Keep in mind that you can request to cancel your undelivered card so you can order a new one. However, if you receive the cancelled card with delay, you won’t be able to activate it.

What should I do if my card was lost or stolen?
If you lost your card or if it was stolen, immediately log into the app and freeze it to prevent any unauthorised payments. Then, contact our Customer Support Team and they’ll happily take care of the rest. You can check our contact info here.
