I have not received my card yet. What should I do?

The delivery of your expense cards depends on the method you have selected, as well as your location. If you have not received your card yet, first, check your recent notifications to see what was the exact date of your card shipment. Then, check the estimated timeframes and if more time has passed, get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

Courier delivery – it may take 3-5 business days to receive your order depending on your location. If you need, we can provide you with the tracking number for your order so that you can easily check its status. If more than the estimated time has passed, please get in touch with us so that we can make an additional check with the courier company.

Postal services – postal delivery can take around 20 business days. Keep in mind that we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number. In case you have not received your card within this period, please try checking with your nearest postal office.

Keep in mind that if your order has specific conditions, such as a large number of cards (more than 100) or the cards are with a customised design, the delivery will be additionally agreed upon between iCard and your company.
