Payment requests
Can I cancel a payment request?
You can cancel any pending payment request through the online platform:
- Log into your iCard for Business online account from here.
- Choose the 'Payment request' menu from the main navigation.
- From the list with all created requests choose the request you want to cancel and click on the three dots.
- Choose ‘Reject’ and confirm the operation.
Keep in mind that you can create a new request at any time by following these steps.
