Can I cancel a payment request?

You can cancel any pending payment request through the online platform:

  1. Log into your iCard for Business online account from here.
  2. Choose the 'Payment request' menu from the main navigation.
  3. From the list with all created requests choose the request you want to cancel and click on the three dots. 
  4. Choose ‘Reject’ and confirm the operation.

Keep in mind that you can create a new request at any time by following these steps.
