How can I send payment requests to my clients?

Follow the steps to send a new payment request:

  1. Log into your iCard for Business online account from here.
  2. Choose the 'Payment request' menu from the main navigation and select the ‘New payment request’ option.
  3. Enter your customer's name.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to be paid.
  5. Fill in a reason for the payment – explain briefly why you are sending this request. This text will be included in the payment request and can be used as a reference for the payer. 
  6. Choose a validity period – the payment request will be valid until the end of this period. The default period is set for 30 days but you can change it for up to 90 days.
  7. Select the account to which you wish to receive the funds.
  8. Choose a language - payment requests can be sent in both English and Bulgarian.
  9. Attach a document (if applicable) such as invoices, receipts or other relevant files.
  10. Confirm the operation.

Once you’ve created the request, you can select the way you want to send it - via e-mail, SMS or share a link via any messaging app. Keep in mind that if the notification is sent via a text message, a fee will be applied according to your Tariff.

In case you want to send a reminder to your customer, you can resend the link through your iCard for Business account at any time.

Opening the payment link allows the customer to provide their card details and complete the payment on a secure checkout page provided by iCard. As soon as the payment is done, the money will be immediately credited to your iCard for Business account.

Keep in mind that each link is unique and can be used for a one-time payment only.
