How can I send a bank transfer?

With iCard, you can make transfers in BGN, as well as cross-border SEPA, SEPA Instant, and international bank transfers.

Sending a transfer is seamless, you just need to follow these steps:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Choose ‘Transfers’ from the main navigation, then ‘New’ in the upper-right corner and then ‘Bank (IBAN)'.
3. Enter a valid IBAN of the recipient.
4. Enter an amount, choose the currency, and select an account to pay from.
5. Fill in the recipient’s name and the transfer’s reference. For transfers in a currency different from EUR and BGN, you’ll need to enter the beneficiary’s address as well.
6. Review the details you have entered and the applicable fees, and confirm the operation using your passcode, fingerprint or face ID.

Please note that outgoing transfers in USD currency cannot be processed.
