Why is my transfer still pending in the iCard app?

There are several reasons why your outgoing transfer may appear as 'pending':

  • It might be in process which can take up to 24 hours, or it has not been reviewed yet if it's a holiday or the weekend;
  • Our team is performing additional checks to ensure that your transaction is compliant with certain regulations and to guarantee the safety of your funds;
  • We need additional documents and/or information to finish the necessary checks. In case we need more details, we’ll let you know by sending you instructions via e-mail.
