I don’t receive any SMS from iCard. What should I do?

If you’re having issues receiving an SMS from us, first make sure that you haven’t reached your SMS limit. If that’s the case, please contact our Customer Support Team via chat or e-mail.

If you haven’t reached it, you can try restarting your device since sometimes the issue might come from your mobile carrier.
