I don't receive push notifications to authorise my activity on the website. What should I do?

In case you’re having trouble with receiving push notifications, please check the following possible reasons:

  • Your time settings aren’t set properly

Make sure that the date and time on your mobile device are set automatically. Go to your phone settings and find the 'Date and Time' menu. Then choose the automatic date and time option.

  • You need to go through the 'Switch user' option

In some cases, you’ll have to go through the 'Switch user' option to start receiving push notifications. You can follow the steps described here.

  • You’ve turned off your notifications from iCard

Make sure that you’ve turned on your notifications from both your phone’s settings and from iCard’s settings menu. 

From the iCard app: tap on 'Menu' from the main navigation, then find 'Settings' and turn on the toggle for receiving notifications. 

From your phone settings: find iCard, then turn on 'Notifications' from the permissions.
