I have received a suspicious e-mail. What should I do?

Please keep in mind that all official correspondence from our side will be received from the following e-mail addresses: support@icard.com, noreply@icard.com, and marketing@icard.com.

If you suspect that the e-mail you’ve received was not sent by us, please consider the following actions:

  • Don’t open it – opening a phishing e-mail may compromise the security of your personal information;
  • Don’t download any attachments – they may contain malware such as viruses;
  • Don’t click on links – they may direct you to fraudulent websites where you may be asked to enter card or account information;
  • Don’t reply – ignore any requests the sender may solicit and don’t provide any personal or account information.

Please report all suspicious e-mails at support@icard.com and our Security Team will conduct all necessary checks.
