How to send a bank transfer?

To send a bank transfer, you just need to follow these steps:

1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
2. Choose the 'Transfers' menu from the main navigation.
3. Choose the 'Bank transfer' sub-menu on the next screen.
4. Enter a valid IBAN of the recipient.
5. Enter an amount, choose the currency, and select an account to pay from.
6. Fill in the recipient’s name and the transfer’s reference. For transfers in a currency different from EUR and BGN, you will need to enter the beneficiary’s address as well.
7. Review the details you have entered, as well as the applicable fees, and confirm the operation with the 4-digit code received via SMS.

Keep in mind that we do not support bank transfers in USD currency.
