How long will it take for my transfer to be received by the beneficiary?

Once you receive a notification that the transfer was sent from our system, you can check the expected timeframes based on the currency of your transfer.

• Transfers in EUR – regular SEPA transfers usually take 1-2 business days to arrive. If the recipient’s bank supports SEPA Instant Credit transfers and you choose this option, the funds will be processed and sent within 10 seconds. Keep in mind that if the transfer is sent to a bank that does not support SEPA transfers (e.g. a bank from a non-EEA country), it will be processed as an international (SWIFT) transfer in 3-5 business days.
• International (SWIFT) transfers – all transfers to countries in the EEA in GBP, CHF, RON, CZK, and PLN usually take 3-5 business days to be processed. International transfers to countries outside the EEA can take more than 5 business days to arrive, as this depends on the processing time of the correspondent and intermediary banks.
• Transfers in BGN – such transfers usually take 1 business day to be processed. If the transfer has been sent before 4:00 PM (UTC +02:00) on a business day, it is usually processed on the same day. Instant bank transfers (blink) are available in case the sending bank supports them.
