How can I cancel a direct debit?

Keep in mind that there is no functionality to cancel a direct debit from your iCard for Business online account. You can cancel future direct debits by directly contacting the payee or our Customer Support team. You can annul the SEPA direct debit mandate given to the payee at any time by submitting a request to us at support@icard.com. It needs to be sent from your registered e-mail in iCard for Business. You have to specify the details of the mandate or the payment and other details that may be requested by us.

You should submit your cancellation via e-mail at least 5 business days before the payment due date so that we may effectively reject the collection of the funds.
