I am expecting a bank transfer that hasn't reached my iCard for Business account. What should I do?

Depending on the transfer type, there are different processing periods for receiving payments. They are the same for all banks participating in the payment networks. Please check the processing time for the different payments here.

If your bank transfer is taking longer than the defined time frame, you may try to reach the sender first and check with their bank to see if the transfer was executed or if it was stopped for additional checks.

In case it is already executed, contact us for an additional check. Before doing so, please prepare the payment order for the transfer, as well as all details related to it (sender, IBAN, amount, currency).
