How can I cancel an outgoing bank transfer?

If you need to cancel a transfer that you made, you can do it directly from the iCard for Business online platform:

  1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
  2. Choose the 'Accounts' menu from the main navigation.
  3. Choose the 'Transactions' sub-menu.
  4. Find the transfer you are looking for and click the 'Reversal Request' button.
  5. Specify the reason why you want to cancel the transfer.

Once you send us your cancellation request, our team will review it as soon as possible and contact you further.

Important: The transfer cancellation option is available in the online platform only for a limited time after sending the payment. The time frame depends on the type of the transfer and the time when the transfer has been sent by you (outside working hours, during holidays, on weekends). The date will be displayed on the details screen for this transaction.

If the cancellation period has expired, you can contact us by sending us an e-mail at support@icard.com. Make sure to include the transfer reference, as well as the recipient’s name, IBAN, and the amount sent.

Keep in mind that there is a fee applied according to your tariff and it depends on whether the transfer is already sent from our system.
