Can I get confirmation for a sent transfer?

You can download a confirmation for each executed outgoing bank transfer directly from the iCard for Business online platform.

  1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
  2. Click the 'Transfers' menu from the main navigation.
  3. On the next screen, choose the 'Bank transfer' sub-menu.
  4. Find the transfer that you are looking for and click on the PDF icon.

Keep in mind that a transfer confirmation document is not available for pending and rejected transfers. You can download it only for transfers that were successfully executed from our system.
