Keep in mind that we conduct regular checks on all transfers and on some occasions, we may ask for additional documents in order to process the payment. That is necessary because we need to comply with certain regulations and guarantee the security of all clients. If we stop your bank transfer, our team will contact you by e-mail requesting additional documents and/or information.
