How do I cancel an already sent budget payment?

You can cancel a budget payment only in case the payment has not been executed by the iCard system yet. Keep in mind that all payments sent before 12:00 PM (UTC +02:00) on working days are processed on the same day.

If you need to cancel a transfer that you made, you can do it directly from the iCard for Business online platform:

  1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
  2. Choose the 'Accounts' menu from the main navigation.
  3. Choose the 'Transactions' sub-menu.
  4. Find the transfer you are looking for and click the 'Reversal Request' button.
  5. Specify the reason why you want to cancel the transfer.

Once you send us your cancellation request, our team will review it as soon as possible and contact you further.
