How can I verify my identity?

You will need to go through a short video identification chat with one of our agents. It is easy and it takes less than 5 minutes to complete it. Download the iCard for Business app and prepare your valid ID document. Keep in mind that you must be at least 18 years old before going through the process. Here is how to start:

1. Download the iCard for Business app from Google Play or App Store.
2. Open the app and enter your registered e-mail address for iCard for Business.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

All you need is a valid ID document (this can either be an ID card or a passport, depending on the issuing country). To go through the identification successfully, make sure that:

• You are alone during the process;
• You are in a place with ambient lighting;
• Your ID document has not expired.
