What can I provide as proof of address for the company’s directors, shareholders and controlling persons?

In case the provided ID document for any of the company’s directors, shareholders or controlling persons doesn’t have an address on it, we will ask you to submit a proof of address. The document should contain their names and current residential address.

We can accept any of the following:

• Bank account statement (issued within the last 3 months);
• Utility bill, for electricity, water, gas, TV, or landline (issued within the last 3 months);
• Residence card;
• Residence certificate issued by a municipality (issued within the last 3 months);
• Official document that contains your tax number;
• Other government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months) - for example, a tax bill;
• Rental agreement;
• Identification document that has a registered address on it - ID card, passport, or driving license.

Keep in mind that all details (not only the address) should be visible and readable. It’s important to note that screenshots can’t be accepted for verification purposes. The requested document can either be an electronic extract, a paper scan, or a photo of the original.
