What documents do I need to provide for the company’s directors, shareholders and controlling persons?

During your registration for iCard for Business, you will have to provide certain documents for the company directors, shareholders, and controlling persons. Specific requirements may vary depending on the nationality of each person and the country in which the company is incorporated. However, these are some of the most commonly requested documents:

• Copy of a valid ID document of the director;
• Copy of a valid ID document of each shareholder with 25% or more of the share capital of the company;
• Copy of a valid ID document of the beneficial owner;
• A proof of address that contains the names and the residential addresses of all shareholders with 25% or more of the share capital of the company. Check what documents can be used here.
