Why did my card funding fail?

Here you can check the most common reasons why your funding with a card has failed.

Your bank may decline your funding operation if:

  • You have no sufficient funds in the account, linked to your card;
  • Your card is not active;
  • You’ve disabled your online transactions from your online banking;
  • You’ve reached your card limits.

In such cases, you should check with your issuing bank first.

The operation may be declined from our side if:

  • You don’t have 3D Secure enabled or it wasn’t successfully confirmed;
  • You’ve reached your funding limits;
  • You’re trying to use your own iCard card, issued to the account you’re trying to top up;
  • There’s a temporary technical issue.
