How can I cancel my outgoing bank transfer?

If you need to cancel a transfer that you made, you can do it directly from the online platform:

  1. Open www.icard.com and follow the steps to log in.
  2. Click on 'Send money' from the main menu and then ‘Bank transfer’.
  3. From the 'Recent activity' table choose the transfer you want to cancel.
  4. Click on the button 'Reversal request' and fill in the details. 

Keep in mind that there is a fee applied according to your Tariff and it depends on whether the transfer’s already sent from our system.
