Why do I need to provide additional information?

We conduct regular checks on all transfers and on some occasions, we may ask for additional documents in order to process the payment. That’s necessary because we need to comply with certain regulations and guarantee the security of all clients. If we stop your bank transfer, our team will contact you by e-mail or in-app message requesting additional documents. Please, check your inbox for further instructions.

Keep in mind that if you aren’t able to provide us with the requested information within 3 business days after our request, the transfer will be cancelled and the transfer amount and collected fee will be returned to your iCard account.
