How to download a transfer confirmation?
You can download a confirmation for each of your executed outgoing bank transfers directly from the online platform.
- Go to www.icard.com and follow the steps to log in.
- Click on 'Send money' from the side menu, then 'Bank transfer'.
- Choose one of your transfers from the 'Recent activity' list and click on the ‘PDF’ icon next to it.
Keep in mind that a transfer confirmation document won’t be available for pending and rejected transfers. You can download it only for transfers that were executed from our system.
