How to download a transfer confirmation?

You can download a confirmation for each of your executed outgoing bank transfers directly from the online platform.

1. Go to www.icard.com and follow the steps to log in.
2. Click on 'Send money' from the side menu, then 'Bank transfer'.
3. Choose one of your transfers from the 'Recent activity' list and click on the ‘PDF’ icon next to it.

Keep in mind that a transfer confirmation document won’t be available for pending and rejected transfers. You can download it only for transfers that were executed from our system.
