Can I send money to someone who’s not on my contacts list?

If you need to send money to someone who’s not on your contacts list, you can easily do that by using QR payments or their phone number.

If you don’t want to share any personal data with this person, you can scan their QR code from their iCard app and choose the amount you want to send. Remember that the QR code is valid for 1 minute and you can’t take a screenshot and share it via other chat apps. Internal transfers via QR codes are used only for face-to-face payments between iCard users. 

You can also send a transfer via mobile number if you don’t have direct contact with the recipient. Open ‘Transfers’ from the main navigation, tap the ‘New’ button in the upper-right corner, and then select ‘Mobile number’. After that, simply enter or paste the copied number into the field and follow the steps to send it from here.
