Why is my transfer to a card still pending in the iCard app?

There are several reasons why your transfer may appear as 'pending':

  • Our team is performing additional checks to ensure that your transaction is compliant with certain regulations and to guarantee the safety of your funds;
  • We need additional documents and/or information to finish the necessary checks. In case we need more details, we’ll let you know by sending you instructions via e-mail.

If your transfer to a card is in 'Pending' status for more than 5 hours on a business day, please check your e-mail or app for notifications.
