How can I dispute a direct debit taken from my account?

As a customer, the Direct Debit Guarantee protects you against payments made in error or fraudulently or for any other reason. For a period of eight weeks after your account was debited, you can dispute a payment through iCard with no need to provide us with evidence of why you’re disputing this payment. This is a feature of SEPA direct debit as a payment method. Our responsibility is to make an 'indemnity claim' to the bank of the collecting organization (merchant) on your behalf.
