Once you receive a confirmation that your payment was successfully executed from our system, the funds should typically arrive in a few minutes. However, it may take more time in case the recipient’s bank can’t process the transfer instantly or has to perform additional checks.
Keep in mind that in some cases, your payment can be delayed because our team needs to perform additional checks to ensure that your transaction is compliant with certain regulations. We may require you to present additional documents and/or information to finish the necessary checks. In case we need more details, we’ll let you know by sending you instructions via e-mail.
