How can I make sure I will receive cashback on my purchase?

Before you proceed to the merchant’s website or mobile app, please keep in mind the following:

  • Always start the purchase from the provided link in your iCard digital wallet - you get a unique tracking link for each merchant that helps us identify your order and estimate your cashback. If you open the merchant’s website from another place, we cannot track your order and you won’t receive cashback. Keep in mind that even if you make subsequent orders from the same merchant, you should always start the process from the iCard app or online platform. Your unique tracking link will redirect you to the merchant’s website or their mobile app if you have it installed. Then, you can log into your account and continue shopping as usual.
  • Make sure to accept the cookies - this is essential to ensure your order's tracking. If the associated store does not assign your order to us, we will not be able to give you cashback for your transaction.
  • Complete the process without closing or changing browsers - place an order and pay for it without closing or changing the browser.
  • Use one device only - during the whole process, don’t go back and forth between different computers or mobile devices. Use only one from start to finish.
  • Use a browser without any plugins and extensions - any plug-in or ad-blocker installed on your browser can intercept cookies.
