What is offline mode and how to fix it if my phone has an internet connection?

If there is no Internet connection, the application goes offline and displays a message that active operations are not possible, as well as the date and time when the information was last updated.

In case your iCard app is constantly in offline mode even if you have a strong internet connection the app still can’t refresh its data, we suggest you try the following tips: 

  • Restart your phone;
  • Restart your app - check how from here;
  • Check for updates and if there is an available new release, please update your app;
  • Try switching to another network (WiFi or mobile data).

If the problem persists after you log into the app and there’s an attention banner for offline mode, or a message 'Connecting..' is constantly being displayed, you might try to go through the ‘Switch user’ option. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open your iCard app.
  2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the login screen.
  3. Choose the 'Switch user' option and log in again.
