Why didn’t I receive cashback?

In case you haven’t received cashback on a purchase you made from a link in your iCard app, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Not enough time has passed - the standard processing time is around 30-45 days. Merchants need this time to verify all orders and ensure there are no cancelled or returned orders, invalid payment cards or even fraudulent operations.
  • You have cancelled or returned your order - cashback is only payable for completed orders that haven’t been returned.
  • Your order wasn’t tracked correctly - if there was a problem with the cookies you accepted before making the purchase, your order may not have been tracked correctly. Follow the steps here to ensure you receive cashback. In such cases, you can send us more details so we can make additional checks.
  • You have reached the cashback cap - there’s a monthly cashback cap, which you can check in the Terms and Conditions. Any cashback incurred above this limit will not be paid.
  • The purchase does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions - in case you breach any of the requirements described in the Deals Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions you’ve agreed with regarding the service, you will not receive the cashback amount. Please get familiar with all the requirements before making a purchase.
