How long does it take to receive cashback?

Keep in mind that you won’t receive cashback instantly. It takes some time for the merchant to confirm the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the merchant’s policy. The standard processing time is around 45 days (or longer, depending on the store’s return policy). Merchants need this time to verify all orders and ensure there are no cancelled or returned orders, invalid payment cards or even fraudulent operations. Once done, you will get the amount straight to your primary account in iCard. Keep in mind that iCard is not liable for any delay in cashback payment. 

If you have yet to receive your cashback amount and more than 45 days have passed, please contact our support team via our in-app chat or e-mail so we can make additional checks. Keep in mind that we will need your order number.
